Aldo’s Ristorante

Aldo's wine program has been one of the area's leaders in Hampton Roads by recognizing the wine experience as an integral part of the dining process. Guests can enjoy a fine selection of over 300 various producers by the bottle on our award winning wine list. Since 1995, Aldo's has been recognized by Wine Spectator with the "Award of Excellence" as well as accolades in Wine Enthusiast in 2007 for the success of our wine program.

Under the direction of Wine Director Rob Unger, a level two certified Sommelier, many of California's hidden treasures, Italian staplemarks and wine "trail blazing" pioneers are among the countless gems on our award winning list.

Burrata mozzarella tops beef steak tomatoes, sliced crostini points topped with olive oil and fresh basil

Course 2

Romanelli Alla Vodka

Romanelli pasta stuffed with fontina, ricotta, and parmesan cheese topped with tomato vodka cream sauce, prosciutto, shallots, and large Gulf shrimp

Halibut

Fresh filet pan seared in white wine and olive oil, finished with a saffron citrus butter and capers, served with green beans and linguine aglio olio

Chicken Con Aglio Arrosto

Chicken cutlets lightly floured, pan seared in white wine, roasted garlic comfit and butter, served with green beans, diced tomato and chopped lemon

Lamb Chop Dinner

Four 2oz bone in New Zealand lamb chops marinated with honey Dijon rosemary and thyme, grilled over high heat to perfection served with a garlic herb crusted fried potato and our vegetable of the day
