Ashley’s

Ashley's is located inside the Holiday Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Hotel & Conference Center and features a fabulous fan fare of American and seafood dishes. It is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast features an array of dishes including favorites such as omelettes and biscuits and gravy. The buffet is served seasonally. Ashley's is a great place for early morning meetings too. The lounge features some great happy hour specials including $5 appetizers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:30pm at the bar. Mondays feature $6 burger and fries night and Wednesday $5 for 2 tacos and is served both in the bar and restaurant. Our culinary team is proud of their homemade She Crab soup and crab cakes. A private dining area is also available for up to 16 people. In addition to the hotel banquet areas, Ashley's can host up to 120 guests for private parties. It makes a great venue for baby or bridal showers, business lunches, funeral lunches, birthday dinners, graduation dinners, paint parties and more. Come and check us out!

Blackened Mahi with Black Beans and Rice

Blackened Mahi seasoned to perfection and topped with fresh pico de gallo.

Garden Penne Pasta with choice of Chicken or Shrimp

Sauteed garden vegetables and penne pasta tossed with roasted red peppers, pesto, and choice of chicken or shrimp. Topped with shaved Parmesan and served with grilled Ciabatta.

Monterey Grilled Chicken with choice of two sides

Tender grilled chicken breast topped with barbecue sauce, diced tomatoes, crisp bacon and Monterey Jack cheese.

Whiskey Sirloin with choice of two sides ($6 up charge)

A 10oz. top sirloin seasoned and grilled to order with our house made whiskey au jus.

Blueberry White chocolate Creme Brulee Cheesecake

White Chocolate Cheesecake artistically aswirl with vibrant Maine blueberries that imbue their luscious flavor along with their praised antioxidant properties. Hand fired and glazed.

Brownie Sundae

A scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice cream atop a fresh baked hot fudge brownie. Piped with whip cream and finished with a sweet Maraschino Cherry.
