Sourcing food solely from our territory, and bringing people together through that food. Sweet & Sour Wings:

Fried NC chicken wings tossed in our homemade sweet and sour sauce

Pimento Cheese:

Homemade pimento-style cheese, sesame flatbread crackers and pickled mustard seeds

Sweet Potato Hash Tots:

Shredded sweet potatoes and country ham, deep fried, and served with local honey and honey mustard aioli.

Course 2

Big Breakfast Sandwich:

With homemade breakfast sausage or bacon, sunny side up egg, sharp cheddar and fresh greens on our sourdough brioche bun

Southern Rice Bowl:

Carolina gold rice and Virginia barley, aged cheddar, homemade pork sausage, roasted seasonal veggies and a sunny side up egg

Heirloom Cornmeal Waffles:

Two Virginia organic cornmeal waffles with chamomile butter, homemade breakfast sausage, a sunny side up egg and hickory syrup
