Calling all Gingerbread devotees! Time to get your gingerbread jingle on. The Annual Virginia Beach Gingerbread Competition exhibit is open to the public from Sunday, December 3, 2025 through December 31, 2025, at the Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum located inside the historic de Witt Cottage, 1113 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach. Free Admission. The museum is open to the public, Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm*. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
* Exclusion dates include December 24, 25, 26
OCEANFRONT PARKING
Limited on-site parking is available at the Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum. Private parking lots and limited on-street parking (Fall/Winter) are available. The city operates seven municipal parking lots and three garages at the Virginia Beach oceanfront (Resort Area parking map). All parking locations and meters accept major credit and debit cards. Pay by phone for on-street parking provided by Passport.
