Our name focuses on two of our standout features including Open Flame Cooking (FIRE) and wide variety of local and regional craft beers (BREW) on tap. In fact, our food is prepared and cooked in our 600+ degree open flame fire deck oven or our open flame grill/range. We proudly DO NOT have any fryers or microwaves in our restaurant. We were the first restaurant in the Hampton Roads area to provide guests with the ability to pour their own wine (1.5 oz, 3 oz, or 6 oz pours) at our 24 bottle self-service wine station.
Our menu consists of a wide variety of American cuisine, including fresh seafood, steaks, chops, rustic pizzas, specialty burgers/sandwiches and salads.
